Principal

Enrique brings over 24 years of experience in all areas of Architecture, Construction and Real Estate Development. His unique and specialized experience centers on the design and execution of entertainment, retail, hospitality, and luxury residential. His experience also encompasses a hands-on grasp of strategy, marketing and business development. For the past several years, GA has become known by most of South Florida’s entrepreneurs and restaurateurs for their detailed work and invaluable experience in the restaurant and retail niche of design.

Prior to creating GA, Enrique led teams for Terra Group and in particular, led the comprehensive design process for a high-profile luxury residential building, 900 Biscayne, with a budget of more than $200 million. Located in the heart of Downtown Miami, the mixed-use project encompassed more than 500 condominium units, commercial retail space and lush building amenities. While working for internationally renowned architecture firm, Arquitectonica, he led various design projects in the United States, Peru, France, and China; most notably, The Miami Children’s Museum, the Hilton Americas Convention Hotel in Houston, Guangzhou Daily News and the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale.

Enrique is a licensed Architect in the State of Texas, Illinois and Florida, a member of the American Institute of Architects and certified with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He also is a LEED Accredited Professional allowing GA to focus on green building practices and sustainability in each new design endeavor.
